How Do I Place An Order?
Lapels are able to be bought direct through this website using the Online Store. You will also see them at various equestrian events throughout the country.
Shipping
All Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding Christmas, weekends and holidays) Shipping can be to a PO Box or Residential address.
Express Post - 1 - 2 working days
If the lapel is in stock please allow 2 days to fulfil your order. If you require a custom made lapel using a merino wool or leather that is not in stock the order generally will take 7 days to fulfill.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Our website ordering process is completely secure and uses the latest in encryption to ensure your details are kept private. We do not have access to this information nor use your information for anything other than marketing purposes.
Repair Policy
At La Lapel we pride ourselves in producing the highest quality lapels. We do however provide a 3 month replacement warranty in the unlikely event that you have a problem with the workmanship.
